Betfair

-If a player or pairing retires or is disqualified in any match, the player or pairing progressing to the next round (or winning the tournament in the case of a final) will be deemed the winner. However if less than one set has been completed at the time of the retirement or disqualification then all bets relating to that individual match will be void.

-If a player commences play in a tournament all bets will stand on the selection for outright purposes. If a player fails to compete in a given tournament the selection will be treated as a non-runner and stakes on the player returned.

-All bets relating to the number of occurrences of certain events within a tournament will be void if the tournament is reduced in length, postponed or cancelled, except for those on markets which have been unconditionally determined.

-All bets will stand regardless of changes to scheduled venues, including any changes to a different type of surface.

-If the scheduled duration of a match is reduced or increased in the number of games/ sets required to win, all bets will be void except for those on markets which have been unconditionally determined.

-Where markets are offered on individual games or sets within a match, a retirement or disqualification during a game or set will render bets on that game or set market and all individual game or set markets void except those on markets which have been unconditionally determined.

-For ‘Number of Sets’ markets, if a retirement occurs before the completion of the fourth set this market will be void. If a retirement occurs after the completion of the fourth set the market will be settled as ‘Five Sets’.

-In the ‘International Premier Tennis League’, teams are permitted, at any time before or during an individual match, to substitute one player for another player on the same team. In ‘International Premier Tennis League’ markets, if a substitution occurs before the first point of any individual match, then all bets placed on that match prior to that substitution will be void. If a substitution is made after the first point of an individual match, then all bets made prior to the substitution will stand and Betfair will settle that market as if no substitution has occurred.
