General Rules
The following general rules apply to tennis betting markets:

if a player withdraws after one set has been completed the player progressing to the next round will be deemed the winner of the match, all other bets will be void unless a result has already been determined.

if less than one set has been completed all bets will be void unless the market has already been determined.

if a match does not start, for example a player withdraws before the start of the match, then all bets on that match will be void;

if there is a change to the number of sets to be played then bets on the set betting will be considered void, but match bets will stand;

if there is a change of surface, for example from outside to indoor court, then all bets will stand;

outright bets will be classified as losers for settlement purposes if the following circumstances arise:

an outright bet is placed on a player who subsequently withdraws before the tournament draw has taken place; or
-
any outright bets on players who withdraw at any point after the start of their first match;

the full number of sets will need to be completed on bets relating to handicap, total games, specific set winners and other markets based on the score of the match. If not these bets will be deemed void unless the result of that market has already been determined.
42.2 Next game/set/point betting.
The following rules apply:

for betting in-play we will normally offer prices on the next scheduled game to be played. However, if the next scheduled game is a tie-break then all bets on that game will be void;

if the specified game or set does not take place or is not completed then all bet will be void.
42.3 In-Play Match Betting
In Play bets placed on the result of a match will be settled on the player awarded victory or progressing to the next round, irrespective of whether the match is completed. Subsidiary markets (ie: other than the match winner) will be void where a result cannot be determined.
42.4 Tie Break - Yes/No
This is a bet on whether or not there will be a tie break in each set. Bets are void unless the set is played to its natural conclusion.
42.5 In Play Handicap Betting
If a player is awarded the match due to a withdrawal prior to the full number of sets being completed, all handicap bets on that match will be void unless, at the time of the withdrawal, the result of the handicap betting is already determined.
42.6 In Play Total Games
If a player is awarded the match due to a withdrawal prior to the full number of sets being completed, all total games bets on that match will be void.
